Ms. Greenfield has assisted nonprofit organizations for more than 20 years. Juanita has served as board member, strategic planner, and program designer. As a nonprofit support professional, Juanita has written grants for youth programs, health care organizations, arts, and social and human service programs. Juanita has experience in developing, submitting, and stewarding grant proposals to charitable organizations and government entities––helping to raise more than $3 million in funding for community-based organizations in the DMV area. In her legal background, Juanita has extensive experience with complex and appellate litigation with the U.S. Supreme Court and at the federal circuit and district court levels, as well as EEO and Immigration investigations and litigation services. In this capacity, Juanita has served a both a Case Manager and Senior Paralegal. Juanita holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Legal Studies (2002), a MBA in Business Management (2006), and a MA in Marketing (2009) from the University of Maryland.
Jordan McRae

Mr. McRae has provided nonprofit support to organizations for six years. As an early-career fundraising professional, Jordan has served as a Grant Writing Consultant, Grants Manager, and Director of Development. Jordan has experience in developing, submitting, and stewarding grant proposals to charitable organizations and government entities––helping to raise more than $50 million in funding for community-based organizations in the DMV area. Jordan is a multidisciplinary artist with talents as a musician, poet, and visual artists. Jordan currently serves as an organizing member of George Mason University’s Kritikos Anti-Racists Reading Group. Jordan holds a B.M. in Saxophone Performance (2016), and a B.A. in English Literature (2016) from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. Jordan also holds a MA in Arts Management (2022) from George Mason University.
